The problem we set out to solve
In many organizations, sourcing processes have become digital, but negotiation still depends on fragmented communication, manual follow-up, and inconsistent process control. As the number of suppliers, products, and active negotiations grows, that model becomes difficult to sustain.
IntelliNego was built to address that gap by providing a structured negotiation platform with a clear protocol foundation and deterministic Negotiation Agents on top.
